HAYABUSA Inc. (株式会社HAYABUSA, referred to below as “we” or “the Company”) sets out the following policy for handling information in the Shopify app “SOLDOUT SORT” (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

• Your Shopify store domain and app authentication credentials
• Information about products, inventory, and collections
• Settings and processing history saved within the Service
• Technical information needed to investigate problems

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to sort and control the visibility of sold-out products, restore products when they are restocked, save settings, provide support, investigate issues, and improve the Service.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as provided by law, we do not provide collected information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned. We may entrust the handling of information to service providers, such as server hosting providers, to the extent necessary to operate the Service.

4. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service. When the app is uninstalled, we delete the authentication credentials, settings, and processing history associated with that store, except for information that must be retained by law.

5. Security

We take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and similar incidents.
