Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using the Shopify app “SOLDOUT SORT,” provided by HAYABUSA Inc. (株式会社HAYABUSA, referred to below as “we” or “the Company”).

1. The Service

The Service sorts products or controls their visibility within collections according to product inventory in your Shopify store.

2. Conditions of Use

Users must comply with Shopify's terms and applicable laws and use the Service only with stores they are authorized to manage.

3. Fees

Fees, free trials, and billing conditions are governed by the information displayed on Shopify's approval screen or the app listing page.

4. Checking Your Data

Users must check the results of processing performed by the Service and, where necessary, back up or test important product settings in advance.

5. Changes and Suspension

We may change or temporarily suspend the Service due to maintenance, outages, changes to external services, or other unavoidable circumstances.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption at all times. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, our liability is limited to the amount the user paid for the Service during the preceding 12 months.

We may change these terms as necessary. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
